Day 32 of 40 Day Fast from Negative Thinking

Day 32

“I just don’t make enough money on my job!”

Let’s reject the negative thought that says, “I just don’t make enough money on my job!”

Today is the 32nd Day of counting the Omer [referring to the Barley Harvest], as a “Countdown to Shavuot [Pentecost]” .  The 49-day “Counting of the Omer” from the Day of Firstfruits retraces our ancestors’ seven-week spiritual journey from the Exodus to Sinai.

THIRTY is Hebraically numbered by the:

12th HEBREW LETTER –LAMED ל #12 : It is used to represent the NUMBER 30 [SH’LOSHIM in Hebrew]: It comes the root LAMAD [to study and learn]. It is pictographically a “OX GOAD” [to prod the animal along; or a teaching rod] or “SHEPHERD’S STAFF”, that speaks of the AUTHORITY to TEACH or LEAD. This is the age of the PRIESTHOOD, and RABBINICAL AUTHORITY.

PLUS THE SECOND HEBREW LETTERBET בּ #2: Is used to represent the NUMBER 2 [SH’NAYIM for masculine, and SH’TAYIM for feminine in Hebrew]: It is the pictographically a “HOUSE”, or a “family”.

TOGETHER the LAMAD [letter #12 ל : for the number 30] and BET [letter #2 בּfor the number 2] and spells LEV לֵב (BET without the dot in [dagesh] in the center sounds like a “v”).

The heart [LEV לֵב ] is a TREASURE-CHEST, like Yeshua taught, “Where your TREASURE is, that’s where your HEART is also”.

Reu [means “His friend” in Hebrew] lived THIRTY-TWO years, and begot Serug. – Gen. 11:20

The persons were sixteen thousand, of which the Lord’s tribute [terumah: offering] was THIRTY-ONE persons. So Moses gave the tribute which was the Lord’s heave offering to Eleazar the priest, as the Lord commanded Moses.- Numbers 31:40-41

THREE STEPS TO PROVISION:

Step 1 – SOW FROM HASHEM’S SUFFICIENCY, AND STORE TREASURE IN HIS KINGDOM:

a. Matthew 6:19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

b. 2 Cor. 9:6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

Step 2 – TRUST THAT HASHEM WILL PROVIDE:

a. Gen. 22:13-14 Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. And Abraham called the name of the place, TheLORDWillPROVIDE [Adonai Yireh], as it is said to this day, “In the Mount of the Lord it shall be PROVIDED.

b. Proverbs 3:5-10 TRUST in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and depart from evil. HEALING shall be to your navel and marrow to your bones. Honor the LORD with your substance, and with the firstfruits of all your increase, and your barns shall be FILLED with PLENTY, and your presses shall burst with new wine.

Step 3 – ENJOY THE JOURNEY & HAVE A  CHEERFUL ATTITUDE:

a. 2 Cor. 9:7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a CHEERFUL giver. 8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 9 As it is written: “ He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.”10 Now may He who SUPPLIES SEED to the SOWER, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness

b. Exodus 16:25 And the children of Israel ate manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land; they ate MANNA until they came to the border of the land of Canaan.

c. Nehemiah 9:2You also gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, and did not withhold Your MANNA from their mouth, and gave them water for their thirst.

d. 1 Cor. 10:1-4 Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized [immersed] into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, all ate the same spiritual food [MANNA], and all drank the same spiritual drink [water from the rock]. For they drank of that spiritual “Rock” that followed them, and that Rock was [Messiah].

Think It, Say It & Do It!:

I SOW FROM HASHEM’S SUFFICIENCY, AND STORE TREASURE IN HIS KINGDOM, and TRUST THAT HASHEM WILL PROVIDE, as I ENJOY THE JOURNEY with A  CHEERFUL ATTITUDE in Yeshua’s Name! Shalom Y’all!
